Our dealers play an important role in communicating the benefits of our products to potential customers, and our team is always looking for like-minded individuals who share similar core values.
Below you will find a full description of our dealer program, highlighting the important criteria we require of all our dealers. This includes our levels and requirements, marketing requirements, rules and violations, registration requirements, shipping logistics, damaged products and returns, product warranties, support criteria and our registration requirements. Understanding our criteria is critical to maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship, and we ask that you take the time to review each element of this application before proceeding to fill out the form fields below.

LEVELS, MARGINS AND PARTICIPATIONEach of our tiers have been structured to give our dealers equal market opportunity with margin and incentives. All new dealers will start their journey with our introductory tier and receive a 10% discount on their first 3 orders. Then, based on the results of those orders, we will consider upgrading your tier and increasing the discount to 15-20% on an ongoing basis.
The *discount applies to parts only.
To be considered for our dealer program, the minimum initial order must be 150,000 rubles.
This ensures that our partners are fully committed to representing our brand, allowing us to provide the best possible support, pricing and incentives. Our goal is to balance maintaining a viable margin for you with the need to effectively manage your own business costs. We are committed to helping each of you achieve our highest level as efficiently as possible.
MARKETING REQUIREMENTSThe primary goal of our marketing requirements is to create a successful strategy that informs your customers of your partnership with CFA Carbon. At a minimum, this is done by 1) maintaining accurate and up-to-date product listings on the website and 2) sharing our products on social media, 3) sharing our new products on their platforms.
Each month, our team reviews all of our partners for marketing compliance. From that point on, if for any reason we still see a lack of effort to achieve our overall goals, it may result in a downgrade. Any attempt to misrepresent or publicly defame the CFA Carbon brand will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal.
VIOLATIONS, STRIKES AND TERMINATIONIn order to maintain strict policy standards, we are implementing a strike system which may result in termination or downgrade if three strikes are received within 6 months of the first strike. Each strike received will expire 6 months from the date of receipt. Below is a breakdown showing the different ways a strike can be received.

You may be asking yourself, how can I avoid these violations? We're glad you asked. Our goal at CFA Carbon is to set your business up for success and to be a resource throughout our partnership. Our enrollment process will be very valuable to your success as a CFA Carbon dealer. We will provide you with all the tools, information and training you need to effectively create and maintain your account. You will also have our support team available to you during business hours to help optimize your sales and marketing efforts. Although unlikely, CFA Carbon reserves the right to immediately terminate dealer account privileges without notice.
SUPPORT CRITERIAOur support criteria are, by definition, our perception of your business' performance and can be the most valuable element in maintaining a strong partnership with our team.
We have categorized our criteria into four main categories:
Customer Satisfaction : Are you doing everything you can to ensure that our mutual customers are listened to and treated with the utmost respect and fairness? What steps are you taking to ensure a constructive and informed experience?
Self-Marketing : How is your brand and your team perceived by the general public? How do you represent your company's core values to our mutual customers?
Professional Transactions : Is your communication with our team respectful and focused? Do we see benevolent or malicious intent in any interactions?
Clear communication : Is the purpose and intent of your interactions clearly stated?
At the end of the day, we want to partner with like-minded brands that are doing their best for our mutual fans. The above criteria should be considered in every element of your business operations. We take our support criteria into consideration when evaluating the success of our dealers and determining if they qualify for tier advancement. Your sales achievements may not be sufficient to move up the ladder in our dealer program if we, as a team, believe that your business does not meet our support criteria. Violations of our support criteria may result in downgrade or termination depending on the severity of the violation.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERYWe manufacture all products to order. Production times are individual to each order and should be clarified regularly before payment. All orders that are returned, canceled and/or not shipped are subject to a 3% - 6% handling fee.
Out of stock orders are shipped via the optimal transportation company from our warehouse in Moscow, RF, within 24-48 hours of order processing and payment confirmation. When the parcel is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. We deliver within the Russian Federation by the optimal transportation company. If you want to send the goods outside the country, we can do it by TC DHL or CARGO, write to us and we will determine the best way of delivery.
We charge a fee for packing, the cost depends on the size of the parts.
The cost of shipping is paid by the dealer upon receipt of the parcel.
